# Add collateral to existing borrow

Here are the steps:

1. Click on "your borrow" tab from the markets page and select on "actions" for the respective borrow id.

2. Go to "Add collateral" and choose the token type and fill in the collateral amount. Now scroll down and click on the "Add Collateral" button.

3. Sign the transaction in your Starknet wallet.

4. The success notification will pop up if the transaction is successful.
