# Unstaking rTokens

Here are the steps:

This is how staked tokens look like:

1. To unstake your rtokens, simply go to the "Your Supply" tab.

2. In the supply tab, you can view your token supplies. Click the "Actions" button next to the supply you wish to unstake tokens from.

3. Sign the transaction in your wallet by clicking on “Sign”.

4. If there are no issues, then it will showcase the success notification.
