# Staking rTokens

Here are the steps:

1. To stake the rtokens, click the “Supply” button for the token you want to stake.

2. The supply tab will popup. Then, select the desired supply market from the dropdown menu. Enter the amount you wish to supply and select the stake rTokens option.

3. After clicking on the “Supply” button, you need to sign the transaction in your wallet by clicking on “Sign”.

4. If there are no issues, then it will showcase the success notification.
